New fleet of winter maintenance equipment for Ceredigion County Council

Romaquip have during 2011 supplied Ceredigion Council with our new fleet of winter maintenance equipment. We have been supplied with 1 no. 6m³ and 1 no. 9m³ permanent mount stainless steel spreader all complete with Romaquip's heavy duty snow plough.

We are extremely satisfied with the overall performance of the Romaquip gritters. The gritters are made of stainless steel construction throughout and will not suffer from corrosion problems which is normally associated with conventional steel constructed bodies, thus reducing downtime and expensive repair costs over their lives. The body carries a twenty year anti-perforation warranty and the longevity of the equipment should enable the gritting equipment to be remounted onto a second life chassis.

Romaquip is a very professional company and their after sales service and parts support is second to none. To minimise downtime, they have provided us with a quantity of impress stock parts.

We would have no hesitation in dealing with Romaquip in relation to our winter maintenance  equipment in the future.
