Bryson Recycling purchase a further six Kerb-Sort vehicles to their operation
Bryson Recycling has purchased 18 Romaquip Kerb-Sort vehicles which have been in operation for just under a year. We have recently placed an order for a further six vehicles.
We have found Romaquip to be exceptioally good at understanding our requirements. They have an excellent eye for detail and a flexible approach to meeting the specific needs of our operation.
The vehicles have operated to a high degree of reliability and have enabled us to make significant improvements to the service that we provide householders, by increasing the range of materials collected for recycling and improving the aesthetics of our service. We have been able to improve the productivity of our rounds significantly and epect a driver plus one loader to collect around three tonnes of dry recyclables in a day's work.
Although the vehicles may cost more than their counterparts, we believe that when applying a whole life cycle approach, the superior quality of the vehicles, low level of breakdown and maintenance required and the need for fewer forklifts makes them the right choice for us.
