New East Lothian Kerb-Sorts
A few months ago, Romaquip supplied a new fleet of Kerb-Sort Recycling vehicles to East Lothian Council, Scotland. The fleet is a mixture of our standard 5.0m Kerb-Sort mounted on a DAF 12t Chassis and our new 7.5t Kerb-Sort mounted on a 7.5t ISUZU chassis.
The new fleet of 17no. vehicles went into full operation at the beginning of November and already the Council and the local residents are realising the benefits of using their new Romaquip vehicles.
As with all our Kerb-Sort vehicles supplied in the UK the vehicles have multiple compartments for source segregation of waste at Kerb-Side. Pride is taken in manufacturing durable, high quality, innovative Kerb-Side recycling vehicles that are focused on meeting customer requirements. In keeping up this tradition the vehicles are all fitted with the latest safety features designed & tested by Romaquip. All are also fitted with high-capacity cardboard compaction, RFID sensors, load weight monitoring, CCTV recording systems to name of a few of the features fitted.
The benefits of using a Romaquip Kerb-Sort recycling vehicle can be clearly seen all over the UK with our customers reporting a rapid increase in recycling rates since they started using Romaquip vehicles.
We wish East Lothian Council all the best with their new vehicles. Happy Recycling & safe driving.
