Full Glass Collection Kerb-Sort

Introducing the newest member of our Kerb-Sort fleet, the full glass collection Kerb-Sort.

Last week Carmarthenshire County Council took delivery of ten of these new vehicles and all went out on their first successful collections this morning.

This bespoke Kerb-Sort is specifically designed and manufactured to suit the collection requirements of our customer. Glass is loaded at the side of the vehicle and the self-discharge rear tipping allows the glass to be safely unloaded from the cab without any damage to the tyres.

The Glass loading system has fully sealed internal doors and are fitted with loading glass posting holes and extension chutes to ensure glass drops into center of compartment. The entire body is fitted with an internal acoustic cladding system with insulated, floor side walls and doors to reduce decibel exposure for operators.

The benefits of using our range of Kerb-Sort recycling vehicles can be clearly seen with all our customers reporting a rapid increase in recycling rates since they started using Romaquip vehicles.
